How to join

Click on the [Sign up] link. By completing the membership subscription forms and agreeing to the privacy policy, the customer can immediately benefit from according services offered to members.
Members will not be required to re-enter their shipping or billing addresses every time they place an order and be eligible to participate in various events and discount promotions.

How to order

Order is processed as below:
Step 1: Search for products.
Step 2: Add products to your shopping cart.
Step 3: Log in with a member ID or non-member order.
Step 4: Fill in the order form.
Step 5: Proceed with payment.
Step 6: Complete the order and you will see the order number.
 

Payment

1. Payment with PayPal : with your paypal account
2. Payment with credit/debit card via Paypal – without a paypal account

Shipping

  • 1. Shipping Method: EMS(Korean post office international delivery system) or AIR(If EMS is not possible to deliver such as Alaska and Guam in USA)
    2. International Shipping: All around the globe
    3. Estimated Shipping Time: 3-5 business days from the payment if the address is not a military address such as PSC BOX.  If the address is PSC BOX, it will take a few more days depend on USPS.
    4. Shipment: We will send your purchase after your payment for the order is confirmed. If you want to exchange or return the products, you must send an e-mail right away.
    5. Shipping Cost: The cost will be calculated by EMS price policy and it is depending on weight and size.


    If the destination is set to APO, from the moment the package arrives at the military base the private delivery company cannot request anything such as location tracking or check the status to military post office. Therefore, the seller cannot take any action if there is a problem such as loss or return of the package delivered to the APO address. If you have any problems with your package, you should contact your local APO post office. Please keep this in mind when ordering products.

Returns & Exchanges

Please make sure you have selected right options (e.g. size, color and quantity) prior to completing the order.
Once the order is completed, it is assumed that the customer agreed on our exchange/refund policy.
Requests for cancelation of an order are accepted via e-mail only if the request is made before shipment, which is usually 24 hours or less.

Should the customer wish to return the product for any reason other than the product being defective, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The cost of the product will he refunded.

Should the product be damaged, WildHawk will reimburse the customer for the return shipping and will repair or replace the item as soon as possible.

 

1. Requirements for exchange/refund request

- Please take into consideration that WildHawk accepts refund requests and exchange requests; however shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

-  Damaged products may be returned with the shipping costs paid by WildHawk.

-  All returned items must include all labels and tags.

-  All free gifts included with the order must be return with the defective items.

-  Refund requests for the entire order which contains out-of-stock products

2.  Eligible for cancellation

- Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of order placement and payment (applicable to orders under [Preparing for shipping] satus only)

- Products that are out of stock

 

3. Refund Process

 - Refund of out-of-stock products

* Single-product order: Please notify us via e-mail the Order number, product code of the out-of-stock product, and the reason for the request are required (out-of-stock).

* Multiple-product order: Please notify us via e-mail AFTER you receive the rest of your order. Please provide the Order number, product     codes of the out-of-stock products, and the reason for the request are required (out-of-stock).

 

4. Refund of mis-delivered or defective products

- Please e-mail a refund request including pictures of the whole products and detailed pictures of the defective parts. Please also include

Order number, product codes of the mis-delivered or defective products, and the reason for the request .

- Our customer service will shortly contact you upon checking on your request.

5. If you find any product(s) of your order missing in your parcel
- Please contact our customer services the VERY DAY you receive your parcel.(via telephone or e-mail)

- Please make sure you keep your parcel intact, including all the contents and package(the box and plastic bags etc.) In order for us to examine the case and take appropriate action, it is crucial that you follow the instruction above.

1. Period of pending credits
The credits issued from an order will be added to your account for use 20 days after the status of the delivery is changed to ‘delivered.’ For 20 days, you may see the pending credits, which means it may not be transferred to your account for use if you cancel or return the order. The credits(Total credits – used credits – pending credits)  in your account may be used for any order.

Conditions
You shall use the minimum credits of (The minimum amount of credits required for a purchase is) ($ 0 USD). You shall use the maximum credits of (The maximum amount of credits allowed for one order is) 50%.

Terms of ineffective credits
Pending credits issued from a purchase will be automatically cancelled on cancelling or returning the order.
You cannot claim your credits once your membership has been withdrawn.
The remaining credits shall be expired if the accumulation of credits ceases for a period of 3 years after the prior process.

2. Customs and Duties

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient. Import taxes, duties and customs fees are collected by your government and they have nothing to do with this site. In case that the customer refuses to receive the parcel, the products are to be returned to Korea and will not be shipped again. Relevant costs (round shipping, customs and etc) are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund.
