First af all I need to know what kind of Flight bag you have and which shoulder strap you need.
If you bought it from us and it is Flight bag(L) not Ryan flight backpack and you need backpack shouler straps, it has to be sew.
If you need not backpack straps just regular shoulder straps, you can easily connect.
So, please give us more information.
